Virtual Investor Presentations

Investor Presentations are the lifeblood of public companies. Without them, these companies would have no way of communicating their story with potential and existing investors. Generally, these presentations occur during Investor Meetings which can mean thousands of dollars in travel costs for both the executives and the investors. Not to mention, with the recent air-traffic delays, CEO's often end up trapped in airports instead of working on the business!

Offering an alternative to plane delays, WallStreet VIPs launched a service that allows public companies to deliver their investor presentations online, using modern webinar technology. Just last week, they hosted their first two VIPs (Virtual Investor Presentations) for SPO Medical (SPOM) and VUANCE Ltd. (VUNC) Attendees included people from all over the United States (and some internationally as well) ranging from System Integrators, to Current Shareholders, and to the target audience, Potential Shareholders.

The presentations went very smoothly (despite initial nervousness about using the new technology) with the audience being given a chance to submit questions to the presenting CEO. The recording of each presentation is now available at their website, www.wallstreetvips.com.

  • Hi Jerry, I would like to clarify that investor presentations via a webconference or webcast are not uncommon. In fact, my organization has been offering this to companies for several years now. I invite you to check out this page that speaks directly to financial services, with investor relations as one of the type of events offered (http://on24.com/industrysolutions_financialservices.html).   • Hi Cece, First, let me say that we've heard about On24 and you guys are an amazing company! The main difference between what you offer and what VIPs offers is the fact that we aren't offering a webcast. Rather, we are offering a live meeting which can include video in addition to audio, plus the ability for participants to ask questions and the CEO to answer them. As far as we know we are the only company that does offer this. Regards, Jerry
