Stream57 just went live with a flashy new version of their website. It features lots of animation, video, and movement. What do you think about it? Is it effective at catching your attention, or does it distract from the main message and information you are looking for?

  • I thought the side was very well done, I especially liked how you could tell they had fun creating the site. It made me want to click around and find more information as well as be entertained by the banners. I like the use of video, and i do think you get a good idea what the company is about. My only negative, if you can consider it a negative, is I thought they should have more video on the site. The video and links they had were first rate, I wanted more. Brett

  • After further review of the website, I find it to be gimmicky and superficial, with little information that would provide me the necessary background on the company's competency to do much more than broad brush approaches to complex technology needs. The bios on the company management come across as "smarmy" and self serving, rather than helpful.
